Principles of data protection

caesar-data.com, developer and administrator of this online booking system, takes the protection of your privacy and your personal data very seriously. We would therefore like to explain what data we collect, what we use it for and how we protect your data. These data protection principles do not apply to foreign web sites that may be accessed by clicking on links on caesar-data web pages.

What data do we collect?
Whenever you make a hotel reservation, we collect the data that we require to make the reservation, particularly your name, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the dates of your stay and the type of room booked.

To whom do we send your data?
Whenever you make a booking, your data is passed onto the hotel to enable the reservation to be made. Apart from this, your data is not passed on to any third parties. Under no circumstances we will sell or lend out your data and other details of your booking. In exceptional circumstances, legal regulations, judicial or official orders may require us to hand data over to the relevant authority or court. However, this is only undertaken within the framework of our legal obligations.

Information on data safety
Each transmission of personal data during your reservation process is encoded by SSL-Secure Socket Layer with up to 256 bits, depending on your browser.
SSL is a tried-and-tested system and matches the actual highest standard of data safety in the internet.

Additional safety measures for credit card data
When you advise your credit card details to guarantee your reservation, your credit card data will not be sent to the hotel on a direct way. The hotel will only receive a random code that will enable him to retrieve your credit card data (SSL-encoded) one time only.
A retransmission of this data is not possible, not even using the correct code.

Cookies
This reservation system does not use cookies.

Questions
You may ask to see your stored personal data at any time. You also have the right to correct, delete or (in the case of incorrect data) bar such data. However, contractual and/or legal regulations, particularly those relating to your booking, may prevent certain data from being deleted. Questions about our data protection principles should be addressed to
